Everything was great during our family vacation! We had a really restful stay, and the place was spotless. the private bathroom was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful overall. 😊.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this place. the room was pretty quiet, and it came with a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the executive residence. 🏨.

Short way from Le Cirque, where you can have lunch. I liked the hotel and its staff, welcoming.

I highly recommend this property. It is a stunningly beautiful and family-friendly destination, boasting an incredible location next to sunken gardens, the trade center, and the Dubai Mall. the apartment offers breathtaking city views and is equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a refrigerator. A special thanks to the wonderfully friendly staff for making my stay a lovely experience.

Overall superb hotel, fantastic staff, amazing Belge cafe, wonderful swimming pool, feels like home.

The Ritz-Carlton DIFC exceeded all expectations! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the spacious and clean rooms provided the perfect retreat. The option of a shower and bathtub in the bathroom was a game-changer for ladies wanting to keep their hair dry. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like family and even spoiling the children with presents. The location was great, and the on-site facilities like the swimming pool, fitness studio, and spa were top-notch. The overall experience was mind-blowing, and we can't wait to return!

Our city trip was great! the accommodations were exceptional with plenty of space for our family. the staff was helpful and provided us with several suggestions for dining and activities in the area. We also appreciated the location, as there were plenty of supermarkets within walking distance and easy access to transportation.

We did experience a minor inconvenience with the appliances in the apartment. the European appliances were difficult to understand and operate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in a crowded area and close to many of the city's attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious unit in sunken gardens. The parking and transportation provided by the hotel were also very convenient.

Breakfast is a feast for food enthusiasts, with many delectable options.

The basic amenities in the apartment could have been better, and the furnishings were a bit outdated. the noise level from outside was quite noticeable, particularly during the New Year's celebration.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and it provided excellent amenities, including a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The facilities were spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for my work purposes.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated meeting room within the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have a designated space for business meetings or presentations, especially during my training session.
